As a foreigner you are entitled to a VAT refund, if your total amount of purchases are over CYP100, as follows:

Step 1: Receive your Global Refund Cheque from our customer service department.
Step 2: Get your Global Refund Cheque stamped by the Cyprus customs authorities when leaving Cyprus.
Step 3: Your VAT will be refunded in the method of your choice from Global Refund (The World's Leader in Tax Refund Services)
